1. Definitions

  • Software / Service: Dental Care platform for dental clinics management.
  • User: Any individual/entity using Dental Care.
  • Subscription Plan: Paid plan as chosen by the user.
  • Payment Gateway: Razorpay or integrated processors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter a legally binding agreement to use Dental Care.

3. Account Registration

Accurate information and confidentiality of credentials are required. Violation may result in suspension.

4. Use of Software

  • No unauthorized copying, modifying, or reverse engineering.
  • No hosting of unlawful or third-party confidential data.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

  • Payments via Razorpay (subject to their terms).
  • Fees billed in advance; automatic renewal unless cancelled.
  • Generally, no refunds (Refund Policy).

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Handled under our Privacy Policy. You must comply with local privacy laws if handling health data.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Responsibility does not extend to third-party services—use them at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All Dental Care IP belongs to Proficient Technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions.

10. Termination

Access may be terminated for breaches or non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated—continued use implies acceptance.
